Our Mission
It is our duty, responsibility, and privilege to take care of them.
Our mission is to offer education about local community cats, provide humane TNR (Trap, Neuter, and Return) services, and to rescue cats/kittens that can be socialized into permanent loving homes to help reduce the feral cat populations.
(And yes all the photos on our site are from babies we have rescued!!)
**Anna Rescues Kittens is an ethical, humane, cage free rescue that ensures each baby we intake receives the best care. Each furbaby gets a wellness exam by a licensed veterinarian, vaccines, and testing. For more information on our adoption process please reach out to us. Thank you for supporting a local rescue.**
Get Involved
You Can Make a Difference
This is a community effort and we rely heavily on public support. If you have feral cats or you feed them please get them spayed/neutered. Same thing for household pets- If you own a pet get them spayed/neutered. It’s the right thing to do.
There are resources provided by the SPCA to help residents and TONS of information can be found online. Some clinics also offer low cost veterinary care to help you. If you need guidance reach out to us and we can help!
Together we can make the change and help reduce the population of unowned cats and kittens.

Our Story
We started out simply helping a local resident with her stray kitten population on her land. We had no idea how to navigate the process of helping community cats or how to help residents who feed them. After researching we finally had a plan. It took a year to TNR (trap neuter return) the entire population of cats and kittens. There were so many kittens we took them all in and started the process of finding them good, loving homes. We even kept a kitten for our home and named him Theodore Chunky Squishy. He is the reason why we continue helping kittens.
After helping spay/neuter over 30+ cats word spread to others who were in need of the same assistance. We realized there were so many unowned stray and feral cats living outdoors and kind people who fed them without fixing them were sadly adding to the problem. We couldn’t turn away or stop helping these cats and caretakers. We needed to help.
And so our journey began…
Our mission is to now provide education about community cats, provide humane Trap, Neuter, and Return services, and to rescue cats and kittens that can be rehabilitated and socialized into permanent loving homes from local cat communities to help control the feral cat populations.
We do this for them.
